Goodbye 2008 !!

Last day of the year.
I should write about all the things that have happened.
But I won’t. Can’t. Will not, regardless.
I could recap good things I’ve experienced.
But I won’t
Or perhaps just relive the best of the posts from my very blog?
Nope, won’t do that either.
Instead I’ll continue as I always do, dreaming, planning and pondering. Random thoughts of random things, all loosely intertwined. I have dreams for what 2009 may hold, but then I had dreams for 2008.
I won’t be looking back. No lists, no best ofs, no recaps and remembrance here. Instead forward, hurtling towards the what ifs, the maybes, the laughter and pain, the suffering and joy.
I say good- bye to this year I have had…And hope for a year that is truly rad!

I chosed a 7 year old young girl as my model for this picture.. this picture show pureness, uncorrupted, naive, ingenuous, natural and innocent looking face of a child. Suitable as poster for anti-child abuse or chilredn campaign.

this is my product shot to show indian costume jewellery set. And my model is my sister.. hahahas.... god knows how hard I tried to convince her to be my model.. Finally!! she agreed.. and the shot was awesome!! thank you sis! she was very good in giving posing I didnt know that she was that talented..future model.. hahas

Melisa! love this picture.. I realy enjoyed taking picture of hers.. we realy enjoyed in the photography studio, Milan was helping me fixing the light source and all.. appriciate that alot dei. she agreed when I told her that I wil get her a henna for her hand.. we (Me, Milan, Ganesh, Melisa, and Pavitra) when all the way down to Brickfields that night before to get that Henna for her. hahas.. luking great!!

Sweets!! mouth watering. my product shot- Indian Traditional Sweets

day before I was so confused I havent decide on my product yet.. That morning I went for a wedding with mom, I saw all kinds of indian sweets and they were wrapped nicely and given as door gifts! this is where I got the idea for my shot. Next thing ask my mom for her saree, she give me one with a warning!! becareful Bala thats your paati's(Grandmother) saree.. hahas and got few lamps from her as well.. Milan helped me again that morning we were in subang, got some flowers from an aunty selling flowers roadside and bought sweets from and indian restaurant in subang itself n rushed to the studio!! hahas

My cousin sis Barathanatyam Arangetram was awesome! I realy enjoyed her dance. Her bavanai and facial expression was amazing. She was so talented. I took few picture of the dance too. I've design this posters actualy after her dance arangetram although she didnt ask me to do but i just did this during my free to show her. Hope she will like it!
